Doelgroep

Patiënten met een T4N0 (hoog risico Stadium II) of stadium III resectabel coloncarcinoom, dMMR/MSI-H. 

Onderzoeksopzet

• Fase 3
• Perioperatieve behandeling met dostarlimab monotherapie of standaard zorg; (adjuvant chemotherapie of follow up)
• T4N0 (hoog risico Stadium II) of stadium III resectabel coloncarcinoom;
