A phase 1b/2, multicenter, open-label basket study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Bemarituzumab monotherapy in solid tumors with FGFR2b overexpression

Plaveiselcelcarcinoom van de hoofd-hals (HNSCC), oesofageale kanker (ESCC), triple negatieve borstkanker (TNBC), intrahepatisch cholangiocarcinoom, endometrium carcinoom, cervixcarcinoom en long adenocarcinoom.

Onderzoeksopzet

• Fase I

• Open-label, multicenter, exploratieve basket-studie

• Interventie: IV infusie met monotherapie Bemarituzumab (IgG1 antibody for FGFR2b receptor) in een cyclus van 14 dagen.
