Phase 2 INSPIRE trial: ipilimumab with nivolumab in molecular-selected patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer

Gemetastaseerde castratie-resistente prostaatkanker met MSI/MMR deficiëntie, mutational burden > 7 non-synonymous mutations/Mb, BRCA2 inactivatie (en/of BRCA2ness signature), CDK12 inactivatie (en/of tandem duplication phenotype).

Onderzoeksopzet

• Fase II

• Interventie: combinatie van nivolumab en ipilimumab, gevolgd door monotherapie nivolumab.
