A phase I/II Study of MCLA-128, a full length IgG1 bispecific antibody targeting HER2 and HER3, in patients with solid tumors (eNRGy)

Doelgroep

Tumoren met NRG1 fusiegen

• Groep F: longadenocarcinoom zonder actionable targets. 

• Groep G: pancreas adenocarcinoom met bekende KRAS-mutatie

• Groep H: borst (ER postief, HER2 negatief, PIK3CA wild type of onbekend), ovarium (lag/hooggradig), endometrium, blaas, nier, cholangiocarcinoom (IDH/FGFR2 wild type of onbekend), maag (HER2 negatief), hoofd-hals, prostaat (alleen CRPC)

Onderzoeksopzet

• Fase I/II

• Open-label, dosis escalatie onderzoek

• Interventie: twee wekelijks IV MCLA-128 (IgG1 bispecific antibody targeting HER2 en HER3)
