Phase 1/2 dose escalation and cohort expansion study evaluating MCLA-158 (Petosemtamab) as single agent or in combination in advanced solid tumors

Doelgroep

Plaveiselcelcarcinoom van de hoofd-hals (HNSCC) met PD-L1 expressie (CPS≥1). 1e lijn voor combinatie cohort, 2e/3e lijn na progressie op PD-L1 therapie.

Onderzoeksopzet

  • Fase I/II

  • Interventie:

    • Monotherapie cohort: IV-infusie met petosemtamab (IgG1 bispecific antibody with ADCC (targeting EGFR and LGR5) om de twee weken.

    • Combinatie cohort: IV-infusie met petosemtamab in combinatie met pembrolizumab
