First-in-human, open-label, dose-escalation trial with expansion cohorts to evaluate safety of GEN1047 in subjects with malignant solid tumors

Doelgroep

Tumortype expansion cohort:

• Ovariumcarcinoom: na 1-3 behandellijnen, platinumresistent
• Endometrium:
  • niet MSI high na 1 lijn met platinum
  • MSI high na 2 lijnen platinum en immuuntherapie
• Triple negatieve mammaca: na 2-4 lijnen

Onderzoeksopzet

• Fase I
• Interventie: GEN1047 is bispecifiek antilichaam tegen B7H4 en CD3 dat IV gegeven wordt.
