Geen adjuvante behandeling op basis van CieBOM advies (Primrose 2019).
Gemetastaseerd galblaas of galwegcarcinoom

Palliatieve behandeling met gemcitabine en cisplatin (Valle 2010).
Kuurschema
Cisplatin + Gemcitabine (3 wekelijks):
- Cisplatin - 25 mg/m2 - dag 1 en dag 8,
- Gemcitabine - 1000 mg/m2 - dag 1 en dag 8/
In principe 8 cycli, daarna eventueel rechallenge indien langere tijd (6 maanden) stabiel.

Ter overweging: Folfox (Lamarca 2021), positief CIEBOM advies, echter minimale overall survival benefit (6 weken).
Folfox-6 (2-wekelijks):
- Oxaliplatin 85mg mg/2, 1 dd,
- Leucovorin 200 mg/m2, 1dd,
- Bolus 5FU 400 mg/m2, 1 dd,
- 5FU continue 2400 mg/m2, 1 dd.
