* In patients aged 50 years or younger within the CH/GL group, treatment with endocrine therapy alone demonstrated a non-statistically significant trend toward worse outcomes compared to chemotherapy (DMFS absolute difference of 3% at 5 years in women aged ≤50 years vs. 0.2% in older patients.
